The minimum order amount is 1,000 RSD.
- We send our products through the PostExpress courier service of the Serbian Post.
- The courier will call you before delivery.
- Delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Serbia (excluding Kosovo and Metohija).
- You can pay for the goods upon delivery, unless you have previously paid by card or bank transfer.
Goods are packed in a five-layered cardboard box to prevent any damage to the product during transportation.
When the external temperature exceeds 24 degrees Celsius, there may be potential chocolate melting during transport, so in that case, we do not recommend sending via courier. However, if you still decide to proceed with the shipment, we waive any responsibility for any damage to the ordered products caused by high external temperatures.
For orders worth up to 3,500 RSD, the shipping cost is: 490 RSD.
For orders worth over 3,500 RSD, delivery is FREE across the entire territory of Serbia (where delivery is done by post).
After receiving the order, we will ship the product within 2 business days, and we will inform you via email.
In case we do not have the ordered products in stock, we will notify you via email or phone number you provided when placing the order.
